Payment is required in advance. We accept personal or business checks, cash, credit cards (through PayPal), and Venmo. Checks must be received no less than 7 days prior to the display date. 

For orders, we would appreciate a couple of days notice but will do same-day deliveries if we have availability.

Price is determined by distance traveled from Concord, California (a base rate of $100 plus $5 for every 5 miles). Note that we do not set up in backyards.

Please do not move the items (especially do not put them in the backyard). You will be charged for damaged items and mileage fees (and bridge tolls if applicable) if the items are not available when we are there for pickup.

Options and Variations

  • To add more ornaments to a display ($5 each). Standard displays include 35-40 flamingos, 20 soccer balls, 18 baseballs, or 25-30 of all other ornaments
  • For an additional sign ($50)

Note about refunds

Refunds are available if you cancel your order at least 24 hours in advance.

Refunds are not available if: the homeowner does not allow us to set up the display, the homeowner asks us to remove the display early, you gave us the wrong address, we cannot gain access to a gated community, or the homeowner has a dog that prevents us from safely setting up the display. Our Lawn Artists will call the emergency number you provide if they are having a problem delivering the display.

Frequently Asked Questions

Q: What can I put on the sign?

A: The sign has four lines and each line holds 12 to 13 characters, including spaces. Here is an example:

Line 1: Holy cow! (9 characters)

Line 2: Brad’s 50 now (13 characters)

Line 3: Happy b-day! (12 characters)

Line 4: We Love You! (12 characters)

We will provide you with ideas for sign phrases.

Q: When do you deliver / pick-up?

A: We generally deliver and pickup between 10pm and 6am.

Any information you can provide about when the person goes to bed/wakes up will help keep it a surprise. 

Q: How many ornaments do you deliver?

A: It depends on the ornament. Generally we deliver:

  • Flamingos: 35-40
  • Soccer balls: 20
  • Baseballs: 18
  • Stork: 1
  • All other ornaments: 25-30
  • When two ornaments are combined, we deliver an equal amount of each to total 25-30

Q: Where do you deliver?

A: We deliver throughout the San Francisco Bay Area.

Not only did we get the following email, we also got a call from "Sis" to express how much she loved it. She also let us know that it was the perfect day for the cows because her neighbor was going into surgery that morning and it was something fun to send him on his way with!
